TERMS OF SERVICES
> My commissions are strictly for personal use ONLY. I do not allow it to be commercially used or for monetary gain. Using my works for NFTs, cryptocurrencies, and AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Entering the commissioned art in competitions or submitting it as a project or assignment is also prohibited. Please inform me beforehand if you will use my artwork for a school presentation.> I do not draw pornographic art, fetishistic art, suggestive poses, nude, extreme gore, furry, or mecha.> Please use an email or social media account you use often so we can easily communicate about your commission. If we can communicate properly, I can draw your commission more accurately.> Please make sure to have references I can use to draw your character. It will make it easier for me, and I can work on the commission faster. If you do not have a concrete design of the character yet, a collection of pictures or photos of your character's inspiration will do.> Please share with me if you have any specific pose you have in mind or else I will draw them in a pose I think fit them best.> Completion of your commission may take up to 2 weeks or 4 weeks (or within a week). If there is a delay or an emergency, I will contact you as soon as possible. I do not accept rushed commissions. [FOR EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, your commission will be done in a week.]> Payment is through PayPal and GCash only. You must pay half the price first before I send you the rough sketch. If you do not pay within 2 days after your slot is confirmed, your commission will be considered denied. Before I send you the finished commission, you must pay the other half of the price. [FOR EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, if you haven't payed within 1 day after your slot is confirmed, your commission will be considered denied.]> If your slot is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from my gmail account ([email protected]). This is the only gmail account that I use to accept commissions. If you receive an e-mail from other accounts but not with that e-mail or other account claiming that they are me, please contact my social media accounts and verify first. It may take a week (or shorter) before a confirmation email be sent. [FOR EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, the confirmation email will be sent within a day or two. Please check your spam folder.]> Some days after making the first payment, a rough sketch will be sent to you. If you have anything you want to change in the design or pose, please tell me by that time. If you want to change something, inform me before 3-5 days have passed. I will send you the rough sketch based on what platform you want. [FOR EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS, I'll try to send the rough sketch within 2-3 days. If you want to change something, please inform me before a day or 2 have passed.]> Every character added is another payment.> Half payment --> Rough sketch --> Other half payment --> Finished commission> The finished commission will be sent through email.> I might post the commission piece or put it in my portfolio so please let me know if you want it to be private.> Please credit me if you post or use the commissioned work anywhere.> Modifications of the commissioned work are not allowed without my permission.> I reserve my right to cancel your commission.> If you happened to pay but I canceled your commission (no rough sketch sent yet), I will refund you.> Refunds are not possible after the first sketch has been sent.> If you are from another country and you pay using GCash, please be informed that I can't refund you through GCash because they don't allow it. Please use PayPal.> The personal information of the artist that you've known through the process of commissioning them must remain confidential. The artist will also do the same to their client unless the information is required by the court or law.
